The Amman Villa project centers around the design of a large-scale private residence with a focus on integrating luxury and functional living. Working within a generous budget, ASD developed a custom interior architecture program that includes multiple bedroom suites, formal and informal sitting areas, a kitchen designed for both entertaining and daily use, and carefully detailed circulation spaces. The basement level was programmed to support wellness and recreation, featuring a private gym, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a home cinema, and a children’s play area. Across all levels, the interior palette combines rich materials with contemporary forms, creating a residence that balances refinement, comfort, and modern architectural clarity.
